• Recruiters A/S is a Danish company that offers recruitment services to both local and international companies. Many of its clients are in the IT industry
• The company was using an old CRM system, which was no longer being supported. It was also difficult to extract relevant data from the CRM product, and some data had to be manually entered into the system 
• Recruiters A/S promotes all job vacancies on the internet, so it was natural for a company already conducting business online, to use a web-based CRM application

Solution

• Recruiters A/S purchased ten licences for Salesforce CRM Group Edition, which is used by all employees in the company
• Recruiters A/S outsources all of its information technology. Salesforce CRM is a web based technology so the company doesn’t require dedicated IT staff to manage the application and is able to control costs and staffing levels
• Salesforce CRM’s extensive and easy-to-use customisation features meant that Recruiters A/S could tailor the CRM system to meet its exacting requirements

Results

• By using Salesforce CRM, Recruiters A/S has been able to manage all company communications with clients and potential clients, and in the process, improve efficiency, because there are no duplicated calls or missed opportunities
• More than 10,000 job seekers’ details are stored in Salesforce CRM, enabling staff to create lists of the most suitable job candidates in seconds. Such speed was simply not possible with the older CRM system   
• Recruiters A/S now has a global view of all the tasks staff are currently engaged in, along with the task status. It also uses this data to forecast turnover
