Challenge
  • Accelereation is an international company based in Russia, which also has representives in the Ukraine and France. It specialises in personnel search and recruitment for foreign and local companies working in industry and cunstruction. It is also salesforce.com's first Russian-based client 
  • Around 70% of Acceleration's customers are foreign and international companies. Salesforce is used in Russian and English 
  • Acceleration was fast growing company that needed to focus its time and skills on its core business of human resource and recruitment.
  • It also needed reliable and easily scalable information for dealing with its many clients
  • Acceleration had several offices in various cities and there was a need for a united information system 

 


Solution
  • The company chose Salesforce because it offeredthe features and functionality Acceleration was looking for, including easy customisation, online access from almost anywhere and the ability to access the data you want, when you want 
  • Salesforce was easy to implement thanks to its friendly and inittuitive interface, and integrating it with Acceleration's IT system was simple little staff training was required 
  •  Acceleration has taken out 27 licenses and uses Salesforce in five company location
  • Acceleration makes extensive use of the the Recruiting Management application, which has been customised to meet its needs 
  • Most of the staff using Salesforce are sales and recruitment managers 

Results
  • Salesforce has proved Acceleration's executives with up-to-date information, (such as work schedules, recruitment targets and interview status) wherever ther are 
  • The staff have all the relevant information they need ( such as records of previous meetings and sales history) to manage clients effctively 
  • The company plans to increase the number of Salesforce users to around 70 during 2008 and there are also plans to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition. This offers addtional functionality, such as advance customisation, enhanced collaboration features, plus extra service and support capabilities
