Artie Debidien is, as Business Unit Director Information Technology, responsible for the technological support of the transformation of NIBC into a more customer-focused, dynamic and innovative bank.

NIBC is traditionally a bank that operated completely offline and did not maintain its own customer contacts for the consumer market. That is changing now. We now have direct online customer contacts for savings, investments and mortgages. That transformation we are now executing for the consumer market but it is our intention that our corporate, commercial B-to-B activities will be streamlined with Salesforce as well.”
