Event Information

  • What is Salesforce XChange?
    Salesforce XChange is an invitation-only annual event hosted by Salesforce for its clients, partners, and employees. It brings together the extended Salesforce retail community for an exchange of information, technical innovation, and experiences that can be leveraged by all. The conference features keynote presentations from leading retail executives, industry luminaries, and Salesforce executives. It also includes breakout sessions tailored for technical, ecommerce, store operations, merchandising, and marketing professionals, as well as executive management. This year, we’re expecting more than 2,000 registrants at the event.
  • Can anyone attend?
    The event is open to the Salesforce community, including clients, partners, employees, and invited guests. All Commerce Cloud partners are encouraged to sponsor the event.
  • How can I sponsor?
    If you’re an official Commerce Cloud partner and are not already a sponsor but would like to become one, please contact CommerceCloudPartners@salesforce.com.
  • What are the event dates?
    This year’s event kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 16, at 7:00 p.m. and ends on Thursday, May 18, in the late afternoon.
  • Is there a dress code?
    Attire for Salesforce XChange is business casual. Also, a light jacket or sweater is recommended, as room temperatures can vary significantly during the day.

Register

  • How do I register?
    Please go to the register page on this website. You will be prompted to select your participant type to access the registration pages. Once you have submitted your online registration you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been received. Formal confirmation letters detailing other registration information will be emailed to you prior to the conference.
  • What is the cost to attend?
    Retailer pricing:
    • $1,099 early-bird rate (ends March 31 at 11:59 p.m. PDT)
    • $1,299 standard rate (ends May 5 at 11:59 p.m. PDT)
    • $1,499 last-minute rate (up until on-site)
    Partner pricing:
    • $2,199
  • Are there volume discounts?
    Retailers with five or more attendees will receive a $100 discount off the current price of registration per person. Group-rate registrations may be purchased here. Please note: There will be NO REFUNDS for any group rate registrations purchased.
    Only one discount code can be used per registration.
  • Can I bring a guest?
    Companion passes to evening events during Salesforce XChange are available for retailers only at an additional fee of $500 per companion pass. One companion per retailer is permitted. Companion passes are valid for attendance to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 16, as well as the XChange Party on Wednesday, May 17. Companion passes do not include attendance to any sessions, keynote presentations, or exhibits. Companions must be at least 21 years of age to attend. To purchase a companion pass, please make this selection on your retailer registration form.
  • What if I have to cancel?
    If you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing.
    • Full refund: cancellation notices received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on Friday, April 7
    • 50 percent refund: cancellation notices received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on Friday, May 5
    • No refunds will be given after 12:00 a.m. PDT on Saturday, May 6.

    Refunds will not be issued for attendees that do not cancel their pass and do not attend the event.

    You may also transfer your registration to another person within the same company by contacting us with the new attendee’s name and contact information by Friday, May 12, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. PDT. All substitutions are subject to review and approval. Substitutions requested after this date are subject to a $100 transaction fee.

Venue & Travel Information

  • How do I book my hotel?
    If you require a hotel room at ARIA Las Vegas, please make your hotel reservation during registration with XChange’s official hotel partner, Passkey, in order to receive the discounted conference rate of $194 plus tax, per room, per night. The cutoff date to receive the group rate is April 24, 2017. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and hotel prevailing rates. All room reservations can be made online at the end of the registration process or by accessing the link in your registration confirmation email. The first night’s deposit is required at time of booking and is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please click on the link provided in your registration confirmation email. You will need to enter the last name on the reservation and hotel acknowledgment number. If you do not have a hotel acknowledgment number, please contact the hotel directly to cancel the reservation at 866-359-7757 or 702-590-7757.
  • How long does it take to get to/from McCarran International Airport to ARIA Las Vegas?
    ARIA Las Vegas is approximately 2.9 miles from the McCarran International Airport. It should only take about 10 minutes to get there from McCarran International Airport, but to be on the safe side, give yourself 15 to 20 minutes. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers to ARIA Las Vegas. Taxis are available at McCarran International Airport.
  • What if I want to drive there?

  • Airport Transportation
    Attendees are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers to ARIA Las Vegas. Taxis are available at McCarran Airport.
  • Driving Directions from McCarran International Airport (estimated 10 minutes)
    1. Head southeast on McCarran Airport Connector/Paradise Road.
    2. Take the first left onto Kitty Hawk Way.
    3. Turn slight left onto McCarran Airport Connector/Swenson Street/Wayne Newton Boulevard.
    4. Turn left onto E. Tropicana Avenue.
    5. Turn right onto S. Las Vegas Boulevard.
    6. Turn left onto City Center Place.
    7. Destination will be on the right.
