Set Up Your Mobile Access to Salesforce CRM
You can get mobile access to Salesforce CRM on the devices listed below. Use this handy guide to see which devices and features are supported.
REQUIRED OS:

SUPPORTED DEVICES:

DATA CONNECTIVITY:
Device data plan strongly recommended as opposed to WiFi only.
HOW TO INSTALL SALESFORCE MOBILE:
Salesforce CRM Mobile for iPhone is available through Apple's App Store. To download the application, visit iTunes on your computer and search for "Salesforce", or tap the App Store icon on the iPhone and search for "Salesforce CRM Mobile".
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Custom views are partially supported.
- Salesforce CRM Mobile for iPhone does not support 100% of the features offered in Salesforce.com's desktop based application, and supported features may vary depending on device type and Mobile operating system.

DATA CONNECTIVITY:
A BlackBerry data plan is required with connectivity through either:
- BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service)
- MDS (Mobile Data Service)
WiFi connectivity is not currently supported.
HOW TO INSTALL SALESFORCE MOBILE:
To download the application over-the-air, visit http://mobile.salesforce.com/setup from your BlackBerry. The application can also be pushed from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (if available) or can be self-hosted for download from your internal network.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Salesforce CRM Mobile for BlackBerry does not support 100% of the features offered in salesforce.com's desktop based application, and supported features may vary depending on device type and Mobile operating system.
- Series 95xx (Storm) utilizes the exact same Salesforce CRM Mobile software as other BlackBerry devices. As such, some aspects of Salesforce CRM Mobile are not optimized for the touch interface.

Salesforce CRM Mobile may work on Windows Mobile devices that are not listed above. To verify compatibility, we recommend contacting your account executive for a free trial prior to purchasing a Mobile license.
DATA CONNECTIVITY:
A wireless data plan is required from your carrier.
WiFi is not currently supported.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Calendar-like Event UI is list based, not day / week / month view
- Device-side Custom Views: Field user unable to create views on the fly
- Cases & Solutions: Not supported.
- Tab Preferences: No ability to control "ask me" post call / email or sort data preferences
- Alerts: No pop up windows for new leads or meetings to be on / off
