Cancellation/Reschedule by Customer

   
  • • Class registrations are not confirmed until billing/registrant information received in full.
  • • salesforce.com training fees are non-refundable.
  • • Reschedule requests must be submitted via email with “Reschedule Request” in the subject line to the correct regional email below. Requests are not accepted by telephone.
    - Europe, Middle East and Africa: TrainingEMEA@salesforce.com
    - Asia Pacific: apactraining@salesforce.com
    - Japan: jtraining@salesforce.com
    - Americas: trainingregistration@salesforce.com
  • • Registered course attendee(s) may be substituted without charge.
  • • Reschedule requests must be received by salesforce.com at least 2 full business days prior to class scheduled start date.
  • • Registration fees are forfeited by the customer as a result of reschedule requests received less than 2 full business days prior to the class start date.
  • • Registration fees are forfeited by the customer as a result of no shows to class. Forfeited or no show fees cannot be applied toward future classes.
  • • Reschedules are permitted twice per enrollment.
  • • This cancellation policy applies to both Instructor-led and Virtual Instructor-led classes. For virtual classes which contain multiple segments, students shall not be permitted to make-up missed segments or transfer dates from one class segment to another class.
 

Cancellation by salesforce.com

   
  • • salesforce.com reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer(s) at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • • In the event of cancellation by salesforce.com, customer(s) may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid, or a reschedule at no cost for a class of equal value.
  • • salesforce.com will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer(s).
  • • If a training class is cancelled by salesforce.com due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to reschedule at no additional cost for a salesforce.com delivered class of equal value within 3 months of the original start date.

You hereby agree to permit salesforce.com to provide registration information (excluding payment information) to applicable authorized training center partners for purposes of teaching salesforce.com training classes. Please refer to the salesforce.com Privacy Policy posted on our website www.salesforce.com for more information.
