Create a lead

With the Sales Cloud, leads from all of your sources are tracked in one place. Qualification is easy with lead scoring and a history of communications and activities. Start by entering a lead directly, or use the import wizard.

Convert the lead to an account

When you convert a lead, the Sales Cloud automatically creates a contact, an opportunity and an account record for you to easily track tasks, history, who is involved, shared documents, and more.

Collaborate in a group

Winning as a team is easy in the Sales Cloud. Create a new group in Chatter to talk about the competition, and share files with the team.
