Connect and Share Data with Companies using Salesforce

Are you interested in collaborating and sharing data with companies you work with that are also using Salesforce? Coined the "Facebook of the Enterprise," a revolutionary new service called Salesforce to Salesforce offers companies a secure and easy way to integrate data between suppliers, vendors, partners, and customers with clicks, not code. Share leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, tasks, and any custom object with companies you work with that also use Salesforce.

How It Works

Invite
Easily send and accept invitations to start sharing data immediately with your suppliers, vendors, partners, and customers that also use Salesforce. Send branded email invitations to companies you do business with and set up trusted, secure data-sharing connections. Accept invitations to start sharing data immediately. The invitation process is as easy to use as Facebook or LinkedIn.

Publish
With a publish model, companies opt in and decide what object types to share: leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, tasks, or custom objects. Companies also can choose, by object type, which standard and custom fields they want to publish.

Subscribe
With the subscribe model, companies can pick and choose—right to the field level—what updates they want to receive from connections. The process of selecting objects and fields to subscribe to is done with clicks, not code. Cross-company field mapping is also supported down to the pick list values.

Collaborate
Just as consumer Web sites such as Flickr and Facebook have made it simple to share photos and information, Salesforce to Salesforce lets companies share data and collaborate on business-sensitive processes easily and securely. Now, customers can have real-time visibility into updates being performed by their partners, customers, and vendors.
