FDC-320 Force.com: Application Laboratory

Whether you’re responsible for administration, integration, processes improvements, custom functionality or you simply want a better understanding of the force.com platform, Application Laboratory provides a comprehensive, practical experience with the key features of the force.com platform. The course focuses on realistic business scenarios and guides students through building out a full-featured, sophisticated Apex application from start to finish. Students can expect to learn:

The Force.Com Application Laboratory class gives you the knowledge you need to master all Apex Builder, AppExchange directory, and Apex API functionality. Students can also expect to come away with a better understanding of which tool is best suited to their particular business challenge.

The course covers the complete spectrum of application development tools available including the Apex Laboratory Builder capabilities, Apex Laboratory Web services API, and the Apex Laboratory Directory.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Java, VB.Net, or C#.Net

Cancellation by Customer
  • Class registrations are not confirmed until billing information received in full.
  • Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted via email at trainingregistration@salesforce.com with the word Cancellation in the subject line. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
  • Customer request for class cancellation must be received by salesforce.com at least 14 full calendar days prior to scheduled start date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation requests less than 14 full calendar days prior to the class start date are billed 50% of the registration fee.
  • No shows to class will be billed the full registration fee.
  • Cancellation or no show fees cannot be applied towards future classes.

  • Salesforce.com reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 7 calendar days prior to scheduled commencement date.
  • In the event of cancellation by salesforce.com, customer may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(s).
  • Salesforce.com will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer.
