PRN-201 Partner Administrator Workshop

Salesforce.com's Partner Workshop is a comprehensive, hands-on, five-day training program in which participants learn and practice setting up, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce from implementation, maintenance, and integration perspectives. Workshop participants will receive expert instruction on SFA, marketing, and support functionality for end-users and administrators. A special focus will center on best practices for customization, security and access, analytics, customizable forecasting, data validation, and the newly updated workflow engine.

Participants will have many opportunities to practice what they have learned by configuring and modifying the app to meet a variety of business processes requirements in many different situations. Lessons will also include creating native custom applications, as well as using the AppExchange to review, install and configure published applications.

All classes are taught by Authorized Instructors.

Prerequisites for participation include a thorough understanding of salesforce.com concepts and navigation within the application. We require all attendees to complete the prerequisite courses prior to attending Partner Administrator Workshop.

Cancellation by Customer
  • Class registrations are not confirmed until billing information received in full.
  • Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted via email at trainingregistration@salesforce.com with the word Cancellation in the subject line. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
  • Customer request for class cancellation must be received by salesforce.com at least 14 full calendar days prior to scheduled start date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation requests less than 14 full calendar days prior to the class start date are billed 50% of the registration fee.
  • No shows to class will be billed the full registration fee.
  • Cancellation or no show fees cannot be applied towards future classes.

  • Salesforce.com reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 7 calendar days prior to scheduled commencement date.
  • In the event of cancellation by salesforce.com, customer may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(s).
  • Salesforce.com will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer.
