Sales Rep Essentials is a comprehensive looks at the robust features and functionality of Salesforce, from basic navigation to creating critical reports and dashboards. Using real life business scenarios and system simulations, this course allows Sales Reps to interact with the screens and features that they will use on a daily basis.

The 11 module course takes you from the basics of navigation and then into Account, Contact, Campaign and Lead Management. Learning the essentials of Opportunities will drive improved productivity, while Calendar and task functionality lend a helping hand in making the most of Sales Rep activities. Each module ends with an Assessment on the objectives covered in that module, and the last module consists of a comprehensive Final Assessment.
