ADM 140 Salesforce Connect for Outlook

This course is recommended for all users of Salesforce who use Microsoft Outlook. Outlook Edition 2.0 is a Microsoft Outlook plug-in that allows you to use either Salesforce or Microsoft Outlook to manage your information. Outlook Edition 2.0 has significant new features, including the synchronization of your contacts, tasks, and calendar events with Salesforce. Users will learn how to download and install Outlook Edition, how to configure Outlook Edition for synchronization, and how to use the many email and other capabilities in Outlook Edition 2.0.
