This course is ideal for those familiar with the declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform who want to expand into Force.com Apex Code and Visualforce and to understand the capabilities of the development-as-a-service (DaaS) offering.

This course prepares you to take the Force.com Certified Advanced Developer exam. The exam is included in the price of the course.
 
Prerequisites
  • Previous experience with or certification in a modern, object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#
  • Basic HTML and/or XML skills
  • Familiarity with Eclipse and application lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of Force.com standard objects
  • Understanding of data modeling and user interface development principles

It is recommended, but not required, that participants complete DEV 401 Force.com Essentials and/or become a Certified Force.com Developer before attending this class.
