PRN 201 Administration Essentials for Partners

Administration Essentials for Partners is a comprehensive, hands-on, 5-day training program in which participants learn and practice setting up, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce CRM from implementation, maintenance, and integration perspectives. Course participants will receive expert instruction on Salesforce CRM SFA, marketing, and support functionality for end users and administrators. A special focus is on best practices for customization, security and access, analytics, customizable forecasting, data validation, and the newly updated workflow engine, with many opportunities to practice configuring and modifying the application to meet a variety of business processes requirements in different situations. Lessons will also include creating native custom applications as well as using the Force.com AppExchange to review, install, and configure published applications.

Prerequisites

This course assumes a solid understanding of the basic elements of the Salesforce CRM application. Completion of the following online courses is mandatory:

  • SFA 101 Sales Representative Fundamentals
  • ADM 110 Administrator Fundamentals: Setup
  • SFA 120 Customizable Forecasting for Sales
