  • The on-demand sales force automation and R&D project management system has been embraced by 800 users in the company’s major North and South American locations and is viewed as ‘mission critical’ by executive management
  • The customized implementation of Salesforce includes more than 250 custom objects, 100 dashboards, and a security and sharing model have all been developed using the Apex platform
