ADM 201 Administration Essentials
Our most popular course, ADM 201 is a must for new administrators or those who want to brush up on their core skills. You’ll learn how to set up, configure, maintain, and customize Salesforce. The course also covers data utilities, security, and analytics, and explores the key features of many Salesforce solutions. ADM 201 participants are eligible to take the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator exam. It’s included in the price of the course.

ADM 301 Advanced Administration
Designed for experienced administrators, ADM 301 is the course for those ready to take their skills and careers to the next level. Using real-world business scenarios, the course covers advanced topics such as managing data, enhancing end-user productivity, and expanding a Salesforce implementation. ADM 301 participants are eligible to take the Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator exam. It’s included in the price of the course. (5 days, classroom. ADM 201 or equivalent experience is required)
