Denis MachuelCEO, The Adecco Group
Agentforce Coworker takes away the need for the end user to figure out which agent to go to. Instead they can just ask questions and business intent, and all of a sudden the context is there.
Stephanie SadowskiGlobal Salesforce Business Group Lead, Fulton Bank
Agentforce Coworker was able to pull together and navigate our complex sales and ERP data to answer questions that just yesterday would have been 60 mins of swivel chairing between screens and systems.”
Brandon BernardSVP Sales Technology Strategist, BACA Systems
Work is spread across systems and Agents. Coworker pulls it together with context.
Data, apps, conversations, and Agents live in different places. Coworker brings them together, then moves the work forward.
Product Features
Ask in plain language. Coworker pulls from your Salesforce data and connected sources and returns the answer, with no searching across systems.
Try: "What changed on my top accounts this week?"
Ask what’s driving a deal, a case, or a renewal. Coworker surfaces the cause and suggests the next step.
Try: "Why is the Acme renewal at risk?"
Ask once. Coworker brings in the right Agentforce agents, flows, and processes and returns finished work for approval.
Try: "Prep me for tomorrow's QBR and draft the follow-up."
