Chris Yio is an industry veteran with over 27 years of experience in the IT industry across various sales, channel, and leadership roles. He has been in Salesforce for seven years and is currently a Regional Vice President leading the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment in Asia. Chris is deeply passionate about evangelising the digital transformation within SMBs and startup communities and has been actively helping customers scale and transform their businesses. He focuses on educating and increasing adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software within the SMB and startup communities in Asia. Aside from work, Chris is very supportive and dedicated in setting up virtual time off for teams to help non-profit organisations operate during challenging times.
