It includes private, public, and not-for-profit&nbsp;organisations&nbsp;with one to more than 100 employees. These findings are based on a&nbsp;survey&nbsp;conducted with&nbsp;more than 1,000&nbsp;mid-level&nbsp;managers&nbsp;and senior management professionals in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-article\" style=\"\"><div class=\"wp-block-quote-social-wrapper\"><figure class=\"wp-block-quote-article-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>91% of the surveyed managers, for example, believe that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for digital skills in their organisation.<\/p>\n<cite><a The Future Economy Council, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister Swee Keat Heng focuses on reskilling and upskilling programmes for Singaporeans.
