Finding the right technology to engage customers and grow relationships over the long term is now a top priority for small and fast-growing businesses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to our fourth <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/ap\/form\/conf\/2020-small-business-trends-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\">Small &amp; Medium (SMB) Business Trends Report<\/a>, more than three-quarters of SMB leaders said last year\u2019s crises should be a catalyst for business improvement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMB leaders cite these three factors when it comes to the technology contributing to business success:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It drives my customer interactions (51%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It influences my organisation\u2019s ability to stay in business (46%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It drives the growth of my customer base (42%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SMB leaders are learning that technology can make a critical difference in the success and growth of their business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To learn more about this critical connection, we spoke to a few fast-growing SMBs at Salesforce Live: Asia.
