Everyone experiences the magic of Dreamforce differently. Explore what to expect throughout the event, discover accessibility services and accommodations, and find resources to help you plan the experience that’s right for you.
Dreamforce takes place over three days. This walk-through shows me what I might experience during a typical day, so I can plan ahead and feel more prepared. Every attendee’s experience is different, and I can choose the sessions, spaces, and pace that work best for me.

When I arrive, my first stop is Moscone West to pick up my badge.
The area may be busy, especially on the first morning, with many people arriving, talking, and waiting in line. If I’d like to avoid the busiest registration period, I can pick up my badge on Monday, September 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If I need assistance or prefer not to wait in line, I can ask an ambassador or a member of the Accessibility Support team.
Before entering a Dreamforce venue, I’ll go through a security screening. This may include walking through a scanner or having my bag checked.
If I have questions or need assistance, event staff are available to help.
Dreamforce takes place across multiple buildings in downtown San Francisco, so I’ll likely spend time walking or rolling between venues throughout the day.
The Salesforce Events app includes maps and directions to help me navigate campus, and ambassadors are available if I need help finding my next destination.
Each part of Dreamforce has its own atmosphere.
Some spaces are quiet and relaxed. Others are energetic, with large crowds, conversations, music, and live presentations. Outdoor walkways may be busy between sessions, and popular experiences may have lines before they begin.
I can choose the experiences that feel right for me and move through the day at my own pace.
Whenever I need a quieter environment, I can visit a Quiet Zone.
Quiet Zones provide a calm space away from the activity of the event. I can find their locations in the Salesforce Events app and take a break whenever I need one.
Ambassadors are available to help find food and beverages throughout the day, along with water refill stations and accessible restrooms across campus.
Keynotes, theaters, and breakout sessions include accessible seating.
If I need assistance finding seating or accessing a room, I can speak with the room ambassador when I arrive.
At the end of the day, many attendees leave around the same time, so sidewalks, transportation areas, and shuttle stops may be busy.
Signs and ambassadors can help me find my transportation when I’m ready to leave.
