Getting to and leaving The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

I’m on my way to Agentforce World Tour Jakarta. I should arrive around 8:00 a.m WIB so I can check in to the event and start my day. The event finishes at 5:00 p.m WIB.

The event is at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. The address is Jl. Jend. Sudirman kav 52-53, Senayan, Kec. Kby. Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12190.

To leave, I will make my way to level 4 lifts and take the lift down to the ground floor, where there is easy access to transport and parking.

I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or being dropped off.

The best drop off and pick up location is in front of the Pacific Place Mall, East Lobby, which is on the ground floor. For either option, I will take the lift or escalator to make my way to Level 4 concourse where staff will direct me to the event entrance.

I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.

The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place offers different types of parking, including on-site parking, valet parking, and electric car charging station.

The event centre is wheelchair accessible, has wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, and lift access to all floors. I will need to go through security.

When I arrive at the venue, I will need to go through the security process. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, and there is no cloakroom for me to store these. Backpacks and personal bags are permitted.

Next, I will check in to the event.

I’ll go to the main registration area on level 4. I will make my way to the check-in. I will pull up my e-ticket from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. Helpdesk volunteers will be available if I need more help.

What are the food and drink options?

I can get food and drinks in the Campground located on Level 4, in Ballroom 2/3. I can get morning coffee at 8:30 a.m., after registration opens, and lunch is from 12:30 p.m.–2:30 p.m.

How do I get extra help?

I can ask any Salesforce staff, event staff or The Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place Jakarta employee if I have accessibility requests or need any help. I can find them at the help desk, located on level 4 of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place hotel.
