Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, content sessions, Campground, as well as lunch.
Yes, you will be required to show a government-issued ID to gain entry into the event. You can present either a physical or digital ID.

Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.

Step free entrances are available. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to all levels. If travelling via car and parking at the venue, lift access is available between the parking and venue levels.

Accessible parking is available on P1, P2, P3 & P4 of Pacific Place Mall.

Accessible toilets and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from the The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place customer service desk.

Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.

There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.

Additional Information
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending Agentforce World Tour Jakarta. As such, we’re implementing security measures for attendees upon entry. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, and there are no cloakroom facilities so please keep this in mind when preparing for the day.
