The CoE will serve as a joint innovation hub, where the two companies collaborate to co-develop new applications. It will help organizations in the Philippines better understand and implement agentic AI in practical and scalable ways across business operations and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new facility will serve as Appistoki\u2019s dedicated innovation space for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/\">Agentforce<\/a>, Salesforce\u2019s agentic AI platform, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/data\/\">Data 360<\/a>, Salesforce\u2019s native data engine, showcasing how organizations can unify their data and leverage AI agents to improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and create more connected digital experiences. It will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organizations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CoE will focus on the real estate industry including use cases such as intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. Accounting for over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsp.gov.ph\/Statistics\/Real%20Sector%20Accounts\/tab29_giu.aspx\">5 percent<\/a> of the Philippines&#8217; GDP, the real estate sector is primed for sustained momentum following a <a href=\"https:\/\/psa.gov.ph\/system\/files\/nap\/Q1%202026%20NAP%20Publication.pdf\">6.8 percent<\/a> year-on-year expansion in Q1 2026. Harnessing AI will be pivotal to unlocking this next phase of growth by driving operational efficiency, data-driven customer acquisition, and personalized buyer engagement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action.
