I am very proud to say we will have a powerful panel of inspiring business leaders sharing their strategies for growth and discussing how Australian organisations can embrace disruption, power customer experience and grow their businesses into the future — and this panel just so happens to be all women. We have a line-up of amazing influential women like Dr. Catherine Ball, CEO and Founder of Expert360 Bridget Loudon, CEO and Founder of Elevacao Marisa Warren and ex-Twitter Australia MD Karen Stocks. The panel will be moderated by the amazing Justine Cullen, Editor in Chief of Elle Magazine Australia - and it promises to be amazing!

Our thought-provoking and challenging panel on LGBTQI


Australia is at risk of falling behind the rest of the western world when it comes to LGBTQI rights. Now is the time for Australian organisations to lead the way when it comes to creating cultures of inclusivity and openness, where people don’t need to fit specific boxes. We will use this session to explore which companies are setting the benchmark for doing this well and the actions businesses can take now to help bring Australia into the ‘modern century’. We have speakers from Australia Post, Westpac, University of Sydney and the Pinnacle Foundation joining us for an in-depth look at the current LGBTQ landscape in corporate Australia.

Our exploration of "the candidate myth"


Often in business we hear people say, “I just want to hire the best person for the job” but that often leads to a candidate pool that is not as diverse as it could be. For organisations to truly innovate they need to think differently about the candidate pool. We need to explore areas like veteran employment, building out our pipeline of diverse talent and structuring our organisations in the right way to support workers with disabilities. This panel will offer tangible actions you can take to start rethinking your candidate pool. This panel will be moderated by our very own, SVP of Global Recruiting, Ana Recio, and we'll have amazing speakers like Melissa Russell from Soldier On, John Gow from Vision Australia, Maree Burgess, author of the The XX Project and Zoe Brissett from the NSW Disability Council.

We have a few more surprises up our sleeve for the day and I would encourage anyone who is passionate about equality or wants to understand how to be an ally in the journey to equality to join us on March 21. It will be challenging, it will be inspiring and we hope very rewarding.
