Stephanie believes that great customer experiences are fundamentally about a human connection which can be enhanced and supported by innovative and predictive technology. Prior to joining Salesforce, Stephanie held a number of marketing leadership roles at IBM and has over 20 years experience in business development and B2B marketing helping large corporate clients and startups to innovate, transform and grow across culturally diverse markets in Australia, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from University of Western Sydney.
