It’s nearly time for Salesforce World Tour Sydney, and we could not be more excited to share insights, expert advice and practical lessons from an incredible line-up of Trailblazers from across Australia and New Zealand, as well as special international guests, streamed from Sydney for the first time ever.

This year, we’ve reimagined what an event can be. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our community, so we’re taking precautions amid the evolution of the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak.

This year, World Tour will be streamed live from Sydney and we’re excited to be launching this world-first.

There are plenty of reasons to tune in, but here’s what’s exciting us the most.

1. Opening Keynote, obviously

This is where the magic starts. We’ll still have the fabulous LT Smooth warming up the livestream with his delightful music, before Yvonne Weldon, Chair of the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council, kicks off the Keynote with a Welcome to Country.

Pip Marlow will host the Keynote, joined by special guests who are transforming their industries, driving exceptional customer experiences and enacting meaningful change. 

The Opening Keynote will showcase how the world’s leading companies are changing the way their employees innovate, skill up and deliver integrated customer experiences.

2. Marketing: The New Decade of Data, Trust and Engagement

New and emerging technologies are changing marketing at an unprecedented rate, increasing the importance of maintaining customer trust. In this session, see how Seafolly and Medibank solve today’s biggest challenges, unify data and deliver personalised experiences.

4. Salesforce for Small Businesses: Start, Scale, Transform

We are so excited about this session! Aussies might not be familiar with Meggie Palmer, but women around the world definitely are – Palmer is the Australian Founder of New York-based PepTalkHer.

“I started PepTalkHer after my own experience of inequality in the workplace, and our mission is to close the gender pay gap one pay-raise conversation at a time,” Palmer explains. 

“Before women are ready to negotiate for their worth, they need to believe that they have worth. We built PepTalkHer as a product that could help women know their value, track their value and then advocate for compensation for that value.” 

In this session, we’ll see how PepTalkHer has grown from an idea and a contacts spreadsheet to a brilliant business and a life-changer for tens of thousands of women.

5. Business as a platform for change

We know people increasingly choose companies that do more than just turn a profit, looking for brands they can connect with and feel good about supporting. 

We’re in a new era of accountability for business leaders to serve all stakeholders – not just shareholders but customers, employees, partners, communities and the environment – and lead with values. 

In this session, hosted by Pip Marlow, a panel including OzHarvest Founder and CEO Ronni Kahn will discuss how we integrate purpose into businesses and, in doing so, boost employee engagement, accelerate growth and increase profits? How do we empower the workforce to do well while doing good?

6. An Intimate Fireside Chat on Inclusive Leadership with Billie Jean King

Tennis legend Billie Jean King has created new inroads for all genders in sports and beyond. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear King share her story and address the importance of inclusive leadership in unleashing human potential.

7. Are Sports a Representation of how we’re doing as a Country?

Moderated by Nine Network sports presenter Erin Molan, a panel of sporting identities including Billie Jean King, Craig Foster and Turia Pitt will discuss a unique aspect of the sports spotlight – everything about a sports star is up for discussion: political statements, religious views and more.

One of our fave international visitors Tiffani Bova, Global Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist at Salesforce and author of the Wall Street Journal bestselling book Growth IQ, will share her 10 defined paths of growth.

Our customer Trailblazers amaze and delight us every day, so of course we saved space on the stages for them to share their stories with you! Here are just a few of the customers who’ll join us.
