The shift to digital is imperative \u2013 technology is key to communicating effectively, and driving efficiency and speed so current resources can deliver more impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited today to announce new innovations in Salesforce.org\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.org\/nonprofit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nonprofit Cloud<\/a> Summer \u201820 Release, which have been tested and refined in partnership with users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe were really pleased to be invited to be a part of the pilot and play a small part in the development of a product that will have such an impact on the way nonprofits like ourselves work,\u201d said Russell Cable, Data Systems Manager at Thomas Pocklington Trust in the UK.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHaving the ability to more efficiently manage mid- to long-term cases and programmes will make such a difference to our organisation and allow our case workers to save time on admin and focus their attention where it really matters: supporting our service users.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-donor-centric-experiences\">Create donor-centric experiences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonprofit Cloud\u2019s new fundraising capabilities are designed to help nonprofits strengthen fundraising and productively connect with trusted donor data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.org\/nonprofit\/nonprofit-success-pack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nonprofit Success Pack<\/a> (NPSP) enhancements include Gift Entry and Recurring Donations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gift Entry provides flexibility for users to enter batch and single gifts into Salesforce quickly and accurately, so staff spend less time entering gifts, reducing entry errors and increasing confidence that complex gifts have the right attributions.\u00a0 <\/li><li>Recurring Donations offers a more efficient way for nonprofits to manage regular gifts and helps better forecast revenue.\u00a0 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.org\/accounting-subledger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Accounting Subledger<\/a> is a new product that brings fundraising and finance together.
