This is a fairly old article and, let\u2019s be honest, we\u2019ve changed so much over the past few years! There\u2019s an updated version <a href=\"http:\/\/salesforce.com\/au\/blog\/10-things-you-can-do-with-salesforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> \u2013 happy reading!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be clear: this is MY (current) Top 10. There are so many things that <a title=\"Salesforce.com is the world\u2019s largest provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software\" href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/au\/\">Salesforce<\/a> offers above and <a title=\"What is CRM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/au\/crm\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">beyond CRM,<\/a> that it&#8217;s important to highlight sometimes just how broad our offering is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the back of Cloudforce events in Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland, here is a quick pick of the Top 10 and relevant links (in no particular order):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>1.
