Justin leads Vita Group’s Information Technology (IT) team which includes IT operations and DevOps functions supporting the group’s application, infrastructure, ERP and CRM portfolio. He is responsible for providing sustainable technology to drive and enable the strategic direction of the group, enhancing the customer and employee experience. Prior to joining Vita Group in 2001, Justin held a number of roles within the IT industry, including working in various project management and leadership roles for One Tel Ltd.

Blake joined joined Luxury Escapes in April 2016 and has strong background in start-ups, travel and technology. Blake formerly ran Lonely Planet’s Business Development and Licensing business in the US before joining NileGuide, a travel start-up, based in San Francisco.

Since returning to Australia in 2010, Blake spent five years building and running GOOD44, an online food, health and wellness marketplace and most recently was part of the Australian leadership team at cloud accounting leader Xero, where he led their Partnerships and New Channels business.

Shaun is the Director of Business Development at Soul Machines, based in Auckland, New Zealand.  Shaun has a decade of experience in Silicon Valley, where he worked in field sales at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Salesforce.com, and MuleSoft. Prior to starting his technology career Shaun played rugby in the 1999 Rugby World Cup for the US National team and had a brief stint in the NFL. His role at Soul Machines is to build partnerships and work with large Enterprise and Government customers, to bring their first digital employees to life.

Megan is in Team Trailhead at Salesforce and has been with the company since 2007.

Megan started her career at Salesforce as a Customer Success Manager, working with thousands of customers to ensure their success with Salesforce. Megan then shifted to develop our program of customer events and webinars across the APAC region. She is an avid public speaker, often found delivering the Admin Keynote at World Tour and in her current role is focused on evangelising Trailhead, building and supporting our community of Trailblazers and dressing up as a Trailhead Ranger.

Tasso Koutsovasilis is the General Manager of Sales at Connexion Media Ltd, a SaaS company focussed on connected car and  internet of things technology. Tasso is responsible for product management and new customer sales at Connexion Media. Tasso transitioned from successful career in automotive engineering to business development. His customer first background in technical systems and focus on driving customer engagement has resulted in increased business value whilst bringing new technology to the market for trusted brands including General Motors in the US.
As the Head of Field Sales at Tip Top Bakeries, Fred leads over 1000 sales people in the fast-moving daily fresh business. Fred has over 30 years experience in retail & FMCG working for Woolworths, Hallmark Cards, Twinings and Vittoria.
Katie developed the travel bug early whilst on a cultural study tour to Indonesia and it is this passion for connecting with new people in remotest corners of the world that led her to a career with the world's largest adventure travel company, the Intrepid Group. Katie started out in the travel industry 20 years ago in sales and management roles, but was encouraged to make a career change six years ago to join the group’s technology team. Katie has worked in a variety of roles since then, including as a System Integration Analyst, Business Analysis, Application Support & Training, before taking on her latest role which is responsible for overseeing the Intrepid Group’s Salesforce program of work. It’s the perfect opportunity for Katie to bring together her love of travel and her sales and technology experience to ensure that the delivery of Intrepid’s ambitious technology transformation goals that will enable to responsible travel company to deliver on its overall vision of Changing The Way People See The World.

Tom is the Area Vice President of Commercial Sales at Salesforce, responsible for managing the commercial sales business across Australia and New Zealand. Tom is looking to help mid tier organisations use technology as an enabler to find their next phase of growth. Tom is passionate about Cloud Computing and a compelling evangelist.

Tom has 14+ years of experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, specialising in direct sales, managing the channel, and scaling the commercial sales business across multiple countries within the APAC region. Tom has seen the industry evolve and transform. He brings a unique set of insights on where the industry has come from and where it is heading.


The saying "jack of all trades" is usually followed up with "master of none". In my case I'd like to say that I'm a "master of some".

I am very fortunate to find myself in the rather unique position of being both tech- and business-savvy. Through my experience I've learnt to be multi-lingual. I speak:

Geek, sales, marketing, service, implementation, cost-benefit and, I think most important of all, "plain and simple".

One of my great loves is telling people stories. And I do so, often times, on stage at various events around the globe. I tell people stories through presentations (I'm passionate about the technology products I work with), through music (I sing in a band and choir) and through demonstrations (I love making technology do things people rarely get to see).

I am also trying to do my bit in making the world a better place. So I volunteer for stuff. I dont mind making sandwiches at a soup kitchen or building a house in Cambodia. I'm in.
