The Leaders’ Summit at Salesforce World Tour is an invite-only experience where Australia and New Zealand’s leading C-Suite and senior executives can build relationships and uncover new strategies to reinvent their organisations. It’s an opportunity to explore the latest technologies changing the way we connect with customers and drive competitive advantage.

Inspirational Trailblazers will share how leaders can leverage technologies such as AI to stay at the forefront of innovation and accelerate growth. A thought-provoking Futures LAB will delve into the implications of a world characterised by explosive connectivity, speed and disruption. More intimate roundtables will spur discussion on how organisations can supercharge growth and create more personal brand experiences.

As part of our Leaders' Summit experience, you will also have access to our Leaders’ Lounge, a place you can retreat to throughout the day for networking and refreshments.

Don’t miss this exclusive experience which will also secure you a VIP seat at the World Tour keynote with Stephanie Buscemi, Executive Vice President, Product and Solutions Marketing at Salesforce.

We hope to see you there for an incredible day of inspiration and fun.
We’re delighted to offer you exclusive access to our Leaders’ Lounge. We will be serving a light breakfast and refreshments throughout the day. We encourage you to use this space to engage in discussion with your industry peers, and to build new relationships with executives from across Australian industry.
We are pleased to offer you a VIP viewing of this year’s keynote speaker, Stephanie Buscemi Executive Vice President, Product and Solutions Marketing, Salesforce. The executive lunch is a great opportunity to meet other industry leaders and share unique experiences and perspectives. During lunch we will run an exclusive panel focused on Reinventing business: Emerging technologies and strategies to drive competitive advantage. With the fourth industrial revolution upon us - technology is revolutionising our industries and the way we connect with customers, and drive growth at a speed and acceleration we have never seen before. How will AI impact the way we work? The speed at which we respond? How can it offer a competitive advantage? Is it real? How do we use it today in the way we lead our organisations? How do we keep pace with the new technologies such as crypto currency? How do we work out what is real and when to respond?
We’re thrilled to invite you to select and actively participate in a Salesforce Futures LAB or small executive roundtable discussion with your peers and industry experts. The next decade will be a period of explosive connectivity characterised by speed and frequent disruption on an unprecedented scale. As the pace of change increases, how do you get your organisation to transform quickly and in the right ways - structurally and socially? How do you help your people cope and motivate them to acquire new behaviours? Organisations of the past relied on rigid structures and relationships to maintain control and get things done. But in the future world, where everything is distributed and infused with intelligence, will culture emerge as the new infrastructure? This Futures LAB explores the implications of the new reality and what you can do today to transform into an organisation of the future.
