Jeff has served as our CEO since January 2013 and as member of our Board of Directors since July 2014. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Field Operations from November 2005 until December 2012. He previously served as Vice President of Sales for EMEA of Siebel Systems, Inc., a CRM software company, from December 2004 until September 2005. Prior to joining Siebel, Jeff served as Managing Director, International Operations of edocs, Inc., a billing, payment, and account management software company, from May 2002 until December 2004, and as Vice President, International Sales and Marketing of edocs from November 1999 until May 2002. Before joining edocs, Jeff held leadership positions at Kenan Systems Corporation, a billing and customer care software company. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Jeff holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
 
 
 
 
Lars joined Salesforce Commerce Cloud in 2010 and is responsible for the EMEA and APAC Customer Success department that is dedicated to ensure digital commerce growth, customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this role he built the EMEA Retail Practice organisation to support Salesforce’s customers with tailored advice around platform adoption and how to grow online faster. Prior to joining Salesforce, Lars was founder and Managing Director of the online marketing agency SoQuero, which has been acquired in 2006 by an e-commerce software vendor. Prior Lars established and ran the German subsidiary of the French Interactive Marketing Agency NetBooster for 4 years and has worked as Regional Manager Europe for jobpilot (now Monster.com) during the European start up and going public phase. 
 
 
 
 
Hannah Egan is the Product Marketing Lead for Einstein at Salesforce Commerce Cloud. She champions AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities into the hands of eCommerce teams, leveraging data to simply and automate the entire shopper journey. She has worked with retailers across segments and geographies to provide strategic guidance on personalisation. Prior to Salesforce, Hannah worked in product strategy at IBM, focused on customer engagement and marketing solutions.
 
 
 
 

Amanda Green’s passion for eCommerce started when moving to Sweden in the late 1990’s during the Internet boom. After a career as a Financial Controller she changed focus and gained her Masters of Science (eCommerce) in Ireland. She then relocated to the Netherlands to work on the establishment, and later production, of the first Nike Online store for Europe incorporating both NikeStore and NikeID and covering multiple languages and currencies.

A move back to her home country of Australia saw Amanda work in various online roles with market leaders in Financial Services and Marketplaces. But it was the role at Nike Australia managing the Online business that established her as an eCommerce leader, and saw her grow the business nearly 15 times over in the space of 4 years.

Since leaving Nike, Amanda has taken on a new challenge to develop the Luxury Division of L’Oreal Australia’s eCommerce business and since joining in June 2016 she has launched two new websites with two more to come in 2017. Globally, L’Oréal is focused on a Digital Transformation and within L’Oréal Australia, Amanda’s knowledge and leadership on eCommerce is key to the positive changes that have already been seen as well as the future strategy.

Dwight Moore has spent the past two decades working for and with retailers and branded manufacturers to deliver marketing, sales and service transformation through game-changing technology innovations. As the senior director for salesforce retail industry go-to- market strategy, Dwight influences the solution roadmap, industry marketing, and partnerships in the retail ecosystem within Salesforce.

Previously, Dwight held marketing and product leadership roles in consumer mobile application and business intelligence start-ups as well as at Siebel Systems where he led the consumer goods vertical segment. Dwight started his career with the Quaker Oats Company. Dwight earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Lou is an eCommerce leader and has built online capability and delivered significant online revenue growth for some of Australia’s biggest brands including Mecca, Pacific Brands and Coles. Lou has been identified as one of the biggest and brightest eCommerce talents in Australia by making the Top 50 people in eCommerce in 2016 and 2017.

Nathan is currently involved in leading digital transformation across the Group which includes strategic, operational and cultural change. As one of his major projects, Nathan is currently leading the migration of all SRG websites onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Nathan has previous experience leading organiational strategy across digital, media and marketing.

Kevin is one of the AFL’s most successful and enduring figures. A player and coach for over five decades, Kevin has an unsurpassed record of involvement in 1000 games including eight premierships, was ‘All Australian” coach in 1984,1985, 1993 and 2000, and State of Origin Coach in 1984 & 1985. He is a member of the AFL Hall of Fame and Life Member of Richmond and Essendon Clubs, and first ever Life Member at Greater Western Sydney FC. Establishing the GWS Giants and being inaugural coach has been one of the most personally rewarding chapters of his career. Kevin was awarded an Advance Australia Award, and in 1998 admitted as a Member of the Order of Australia. He has Honorary Doctorates from Australian Catholic University and University of Western Sydney. He is co-author of eight books. Kevin has introduced the ANZAC Day match to highlight the sacrifices made by our service personnel, the “Dreamtime” match which salutes our Indigenous players and population, and the first "Country Match" to bring attention to the plight of the farming communities all over Australia, and in particular the high rate of depression and suicide in these areas.
