Craig joined AMP in 1997 and was appointed to the role of Group Executive, Technology and Operations for the Group in January 2017. Craig is responsible for the strategy and management of technology and business operations for AMP.

Craig is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of technology, business and transformation experience.  Prior to his current role, Craig was AMP’s Chief Information Officer and before that IT Director for AMP’s retail and financial services businesses. 

During his time at AMP, Craig has led the technology function for a variety of different areas of the business. Craig has deep experience in leading large transformation programs including a technology operating model transformation of AMP Capital and one of the largest platform consolidation program in Australia.

Before joining AMP, Craig worked as a superannuation consultant for William M Mercer in Australia and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.

He has been instrumental in the implementation of Salesforce solutions for various industries including Telecommunications, Pay TV and Fintech. Through this experience he has consulted on and engineered solutions that include optimised sales solutions, field service delivery, project management, customer service excellence centres, digital marketing, financial services and on platform global telephony systems.
 
 
 
 
Todd led marketing and sales ops at two mid-sized firms before joining Salesforce to drive product marketing for the $3B Service product suite. He works with Salesforce’s customers to drive innovation around customer experience and has a background in Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Industry innovation. Todd has been a product manager for BI applications at Oracle, Primavera, and Evolve and spends less time than he’d like tweeting from @toddenders with Salesforce customers and Customer MVPs.
 
 
 
 
Bruce McGregor heads up the Australian-based service transformation firm, Adhocracy Consulting. With Salesforce, Bruce has led a number of major customer service transformation programs.  Bruce works in partnership with organisations such as the CSIA, as he takes a deep interest to ensure that the customer remains at the centre of focus with his clients looking to successfully transform their business towards a customer-centric culture.
 
 
 
 
Damon has responsibility for elevating customer experiences and creating an elegantly simple approach to accessing finance. He’s an experienced digital leader with almost 20 years experience in start-ups as well as large corporate and media environments including Fairfax and News. Most recently, Damon was CPO at Domain Group, helping drive the business through an extended growth phase.
 
 
 
 

Inspired by the innovative disruption of blockchain and digital currencies, Mike co-founded QUOINE in 2014 with Mario. Mike brings over 22 years of experience in investments, business management, IT and venture capital across Japan, the United States, India and Southeast Asia.

Prior to QUOINE, Mike was a Senior Vice President at SoftBank Group, managing its Asia operations and investments with SingTel and Bharti Group. He was also the Chief Investment Officer of Gungho Asia, the creator of Puzzle and Dragons.

Before SoftBank, Mike was a Senior Director at Globespan Capital Partners, a Palo Alto-based venture capital fund with over USD1.2 billion under management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 
 
 
 

Simon Cant is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Reinventure. Founded in 2013, Reinventure is a corporate venture fund with $100m under management bringing together the best of independent venture capital and corporate venturing with Westpac as the primary investor. To date, the portfolio has 18 ventures which are focused on Fintech and adjacent areas.

Simon also founded and was inaugural President of FinTech Australia, the industry’s peak representative body, where he remains a board member and is a member of the Australian Treasurer’s FinTech Advisory Group, and Austrac’s Fintel Advisory Group.

Simon has built his career in venture and innovation including advising leadership and innovation teams at Westpac, NAB, Suncorp, Fairfax, News, APN and Tennis Australia as well as being a founding team member at Social Ventures Australia, Tinshed Angel Group, ninemsn and Austlii, where he was involved in pioneering legal expert systems.  Prior to joining Austii, Simon was a solicitor with Allens.
