iSelect Gains Single View of the Customer with Salesforce

iSelect chooses Salesforce for its next phase of growth and product innovation

SYDNEY, Australia — 26 July, 2016—Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the Customer Success Platform and

world's #1 CRM company, today announced that iSelect -- Australia’s leading destination for personalised

comparison and expert advice across insurance, utilities and personal finance products -- has signed a

multimillion dollar deal to deploy Salesforce Service Cloud across its business.

The transformative decision involves the deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud licenses across

iSelect’s entire business. For the first time, all customer service agents will have a single view of their

customers and the ability to cross-serve their existing and soon-to- expand product suite.

The Service Cloud will replace seven separate customer relationship management (CRM) systems that

iSelect activated during its early years as a startup. As the business looked towards its next phase of

growth, it identified the need for a technology platform that could centralise its customer information and

scale to build out its product offering.
