Agentforce will help employers resolve onboarding issues faster to speed up job postings.
Agentforce, the agentic layer on the Salesforce Platform, will provide trusted, 24/7 support for employers onboarding to the Indeed platform for the first time, as well as those already using it. Agentforce will be able to autonomously answer verification questions, resolve issues and handle administrative tasks — drastically improving efficiency and productivity.
For example, if an employer receives an alert about an issue with their job posting, they can chat in natural language with Agentforce to understand why it was flagged, such as a too-short job description. Agentforce can not only identify the issue but also suggest ways to resolve it and even update the job posting in real time, allowing the employer to move forward without delays.
To resolve these common issues previously, employers interacted with a chatbot that had limited capabilities, often requiring intervention from an Indeed team member if an issue came up during the verification process. For example, when posting a job, an employer would use the chatbot to verify their account and, once approved, the bot would send a link to complete the posting. However, if an issue such as missing information occurred, the employer would need to contact a representative to resolve the problem.
Because Agentforce can reason across Indeed’s comprehensive data, it’s more powerful than a traditional chatbot. With Indeed’s data unified in Data Cloud, Agentforce can incorporate all types of data from many different systems and formats — including unstructured data like articles with instructions for updating a job posting and structured data, such as an employer’s job posting history or account status. Data Cloud now integrates Indeed’s 320 terabytes of data, including over 580 million job seeker profiles** and 24 million jobs, with zero-copy integration to other data lakes like Snowflake and AWS.
“Our data has been captive, unusable in our go-to-market strategies because it's been too cost prohibitive to move data around,” said Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer Anthony Moisant. “Data Cloud is a game-changer for us.”
Agentforce can go further thanks to MuleSoft, which securely connects Indeed’s third-party data sources, systems and applications. MuleSoft acts as the integration layer between the Salesforce Platform and other third-party systems, such as Workday, ensuring all data flows seamlessly to and from Data Cloud. This real-time data exchange allows Agentforce to instantly access the most relevant information, making it even more effective at providing timely answers and reducing the administrative burden on Indeed’s team.
“We're looking at 100 different use cases for applying Agentforce to automate the things that can accelerate and remove from the day-to-day responsibilities of our folks, so they can have more impact,” said West.
