About the Futures LAB exploring the “Future of Customer Experience”
Emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, voice, and bots are enabling businesses to connect with customers in amazing new ways, and this is just the beginning. Customers are demanding a friction-free, personalised experience, accessible through a variety of channels and built on trust. At the same time, a growing number of data giants, regulatory pressures, and the bifurcation of the internet are challenging existing business models and making the path to thriving in the future ever less clear. How do business leaders respond today to prepare for the Future of Customer Experience?
Join Peter Schwartz, Salesforce Chief Future Officer, as he leads an interactive Futures LAB on the Future of Customer Experience exploring which technologies matter most to your future, how new interfaces may impact consumption, and how to balance personalised customer experiences with trust.
The Futures LAB, led by Peter Schwartz, is a collaboration between strategic thinkers at Salesforce and its customers around provocative ideas on the future.
