Di brings more than 17 years of technology sales, CRM domain expertise, business consulting and management experience to her role at salesforce. She is a recognised thought leader and is also a spokesperson for Gender diversity. Di can speak to successfully managing global ‘Presales’ teams, experience with one of the best and unique cultures in the industry and has expertise in engaging CXOs around digital and cultural transformation along with change management. Previously she was leading a large industry verticalised team of solution engineers in Europe based out of the London office for three years. For the two years prior to that she grew and led an excelling team of solution engineers covering the Australia & New Zealand territory.
Jon White is responsible for the delivery of Information Technology to the Fisher and Paykel group. As General Manager Information Technology, Jon leads a mostly Auckland, New Zealand based IT team to provide IT strategic direction and services to over 30 global sites, ranging from small sales offices though to large appliance manufacturing sites. With a focus on constant improvement Jon looks constantly at ways to improve the efficiency and effectivity of the services his business unit delivers. Fisher and Paykel Appliances manufactures consumer whiteware goods in four countries and sells the products in over 80 countries worldwide and provides factory service in six countries. Within Fisher & Paykel Appliances Jon is also responsible for the delivery of Connected Appliances through IOT. This involves the coordination of Engineering resources in New Zealand, China and the USA to deliver the connected hardware in products, IOT and big data platforms and the consumer application. Jon joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in 1997 as a Systems Administrator. In early 2000 he left to travel and work in a number of companies as a JD Edwards ERP consultant. On his return to New Zealand in 2003 he again joined Fisher & Paykel as an Enterprise Architect. In 2013 he was promoted to General Manager Information Technology. Outside of work Jon is actively involved in New Zealand Fire and Emergency as a Station Officer responding to a variety of incidents such as fire, motor vehicle accidents and medical emergencies. Jon qualifications include Certificate in Business Computing and Diploma in Business Management from Waikato University. Jon lives with his wife Sara and four children in Pukekohe, a rural community in Auckland.
As a member of the Waste Management executive team, Marsha drives improvements in customer experience, in particular transforming the digital service delivery. She leads the customer service, sales and marketing functions, supports customer sustainability objectives, drives marketing and brand strategy and ultimately delivers sustainable, profitable and long term growth for the business.
Rob has worked in general management, technology strategy, sales management, sales and operations for 30 years, with the last 22 of those being in the technology sector. He is passionate about delivering great customer outcomes, leading and developing high performing teams and challenging traditional thinking. He is currently responsible for Strategic Technology Delivery at BNZ including Salesforce CRM. When not working Rob can often be found trying to improve his mountain biking skills.
Rebecca has worked in the Projects and IT space for over 10 years focusing mostly on Asset Management, Data Services and Project Management within the Electricity Industry. Currently Rebecca is managing a specialised project team who are working on simplifying the processes around metering and field services. It is well known that the electricity industry is more complex than perhaps it needs to be and we are utilising Field Service Lightning to enable simplification while still having a focus on Health and Safety.
Piero is responsible for gleaning audience insight and developing media strategy for the Fonterra corporate brand. Prior to that, he led the farmer facing digital team, building tools that are used by Fonterra farmers on farm every day. Piero brings experience from a wide range of industries, having previously worked at Mercury, 2degrees, Saatchi & Saatchi, Skinny and Auckland Transport. He is passionate about creating great content, engaging user experiences, and building programmes that add value by making peoples’ lives that little bit better.
