Guests can be dropped off in the Russell Street Extension, near the roundabout and either take the stairs (to the right), or the car park elevator (to the left) to the ground floor. ZINC is on the right hand side at the bottom of the staircase, or to the right once exiting the car park.

Flinders Street Station is the closest train station and is approximately 250 metres from ZINC. Exit the train station at the Swanston Street exit, cross at the pedestrian crossing to the right of the tram stop, and walk down the River Terrace for approximately 200 metres where you will find ZINC on your left. 

Parking is available to the Federation Square carpark with entrances in the Russell Street Extension, or off Batman Avenue.

We will be serving afternoon tea with a selection of savoury and sweet snacks, in addition to our networking reception. If you have any dietary requirements, please make that note when you register.

ZINC is located in the heart of Melbourne and within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) is the main international and domestic airport servicing Melbourne. Avalon (AVV) airport is also an option if you are flying Jetstar.

Depending on the time of day, travel time via taxi from Melbourne Tullamarine is approximately 30mins.

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.

Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering for Financial Services Basecamp by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the keynote begins.
