Rosalind Coffey is Head of People, Culture and Client Experience for Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services Group and serves on that Group’s Executive Committee. She has Group-wide responsibility for Client Experience, in addition to leading Social Media, Internal Communications, Human Resources, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development. Before joining Macquarie, Ros was Global Head of Talent for Nomura, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Nomura, Ros was at Lehman Brothers, New York as Global Human Resources Director for Principal Investing and Corporate divisions. She oversaw a global client base of 3,500 individuals in all aspects of human capital management, career development and talent strategy. Ros joined Lehman Brothers in 2002 as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Finance Division, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ros was the Director of the Financial Services practice of Michael Page International. She was a founding member of Michael Page International’s New York operation, and had complete responsibility for building that business from its inception.
Earlier in her career Ros worked at Salomon Brothers, London and Esso, Australia. She spent two years travelling throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Ros holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with majors in Accounting, Economics and Commercial Law from The University of Sydney, Australia. She was a founding Board member of Advance, Global Australians, and served on its Board for ten years.

Sarv was appointed Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer in May 2018. In this role Sarv is responsible for providing leadership in business transformation, information technology, and establishment of innovative digital platforms for customers and partners.
Sarv was the Chief Information Officer of the Reserve Bank of Australia between 2012-18, where he provided strategic leadership in transforming and developing the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank’s policy, operational and corporate objectives. This included delivery of strategic platforms to enable imperatives in economic policy, government banking, real-time payments, currency distribution, and financial markets. Sarv has also previously held strategic and transformational executive positions at both Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) degree from the University of London and his career in the financial services industry in Australia, the UK and Asia spans over 30 years.
Sarv is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Non-Executive Director of the Reserve Bank Health Society, and the Can Too Foundation.
Liz Bartlett is the Head Conduct Risk and Regulatory Change for the Banking and Financial Services Group of Macquarie Bank. An in-house corporate and transactional lawyer by trade, with 18 years’ experience in banking and financial services gained in Australia and offshore, Liz is now a front- line conduct risk management practitioner, responsible for delivering regulatory change, conduct risk and risk culture awareness for the Banking; Financial Services Group of Macquarie Bank. In her work she actively uses a range of levers to promote workplace diversity; inclusion, organisational empathy and ethical decision- making as key enablers of successful risk culture, positive customer outcomes and a positive employee experience.

Stacy Pence is a Managing Director in the Salesforce Global Business Unit at Accenture. She is the Global Lead for Financial Services Salesforce initiatives and is responsible for the growth and development of Salesforce efforts within Capital Markets, Insurance, and Banking. Stacy also oversees the development of the Accenture Salesforce Delivery Methods and supports industry thought leadership and solutions to accelerate time to market.

Lorraine is currently an executive at Basiq, which provides an Open Banking platform used by a number of banks, lenders as well as fintechs. Basiq is a Sydney-based startup backed by NAB and Westpac. With the introduction of Open Banking, she works with financial services organisations to innovate and leverage insights gained from bank transaction data in a variety of different ways. She provides a unique perspective on the practical use cases for these insights being used across over 180 fintechs and banks on the platform across Australia and New Zealand.
With over twenty years in software, Lorraine's main focus is to collaborate with Banks and Fintechs to enable them to innovate. With a strong technical background and a degree in Mathematics - majoring in business and computers; she has provided coaching to senior execs in Banking. She has led teams in technical sales and product marketing with a number of Canadian software companies, where she worked with a wide range of mainly financial clients including Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan in New York.
She helped start the Australian-based business for Workbrain in 2005, introducing Agile to deliver projects at large retailers including Bunning's Warehouse. She has led a number of Agile Transformations including UBank and HSBC while acting as Agile/DevOps Consulting Practice Lead with Bulletproof.
