Artificial intelligence (AI) is infused in our everyday lives right now - such as in Apple's Siri, which leverages natural language processing to recognise voice commands, and in Facebook's deep learning facial recognition algorithm's ability to instantly identify a person with nearly 98 percent accuracy. And it's rapidly transforming the foundation of how we live and work.
In the next few years, AI has the ability to transform businesses across every industry - helping sales teams to predict what opportunities are most likely to close, marketers to create predictive journeys and personalised experiences for all of their customers, and customer service teams to resolve issues dramatically faster with 'next best action' recommendations.
Join us to hear Richard “demystify" artificial intelligence, share insights into what's around the corner and give his perspectives on how to deliver better outcomes for your customers.
Richard will be joined by special guest, Daniel Petre, Co-Founder Airtree Ventures, for a fireside chat followed by audience Q&A.
