Venue

Carriageworks: 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (corner of Codrington Street)

The main entrance at Carriageworks leads to all the venues within the building - with Future of Marketing spread across a number of the event spaces at the venue.

If you have been invited to other special sessions, please refer to the location details in your separate invitation.

Parking

Parking on-site at Carriageworks is free but spots are limited to 80 car spaces. To access the car park enter at 229 Wilson Street, opposite Queen Street.

Alternative parking facilities in the area:

Carriageworks is located close to Sydney University, the Seymour Centre, and Australian Technology Park. Casual parking is available at these sites for a fee.
Casual parking at Sydney University - Shepherd Street Carpark | 5 minute walk ($4/hr, max $24)
Casual parking at Australian Technology Park | 20 minute walk or Shuttle Bus (1-3hrs $20, max $30)
Are there special rates for parking?
No, unfortunately there is no special rate for conference attendees.

Transportation

SHUTTLE BUSES
Shuttle buses will run from Australian Technology Park, via Redfern Station to Carriageworks in the morning, and return in the evening.

Morning schedule:
8.00am / 8.10am/ 8.35am / 8.45am: Australian Technology Park Carpark - Locomotive Street
8.10am / 8.20am/ 8.45am / 8.55am: Redfern Station - Lawson Street (opposite the police station)
8.20am / 8.30am/ 8.55am / 9.05am: Carriageworks - Carriageworks Way

Evening schedule:
5.30pm / 5.50pm/ 6.05pm / 6.25pm / 6.40pm / 7.00pm: Carriageworks - Carriageworks Way
5.40pm / 6.00pm/ 6.15pm / 6.35pm / 6.50pm / 7.10pm: Redfern Station
5.50pm / 6.10pm/ 6.25pm / 6.45pm / 7.00pm / 7.20pm: Australian Technology Park Carpark
TRAIN
  • Redfern Station is about an 8 minute walk
  • Macdonaldtown Station is about a 10 minute walk
  • Newtown Station is about a 15 minute walk
BUS
  • Nearest stop at Codrington Street at City Road, a 5 minute walk
  • Buses: 422, 423, 426, 428, 370, 352
BICYCLE
Bike lanes on surrounding streets, and bike racks on site.
TAXIS
Taxis should enter Carriageworks at 229 Wilson Street, corner of Queen Street.
ACCESSIBILITY
Carriageworks has wheelchair ramp and level access at all entrances. There is level access and disabled seating available in all venues. Toilets are fully accessible.

Food & Beverage

What food and beverage is provided at the event?
Upon arrival, tea and coffee will be served. At midday, lunch will be available. At the end of the event, networking drinks and canapes will be provided. Should you have any special dietary needs, please email apacemarketing@salesforce.com with your requests.
Where can I eat outside of the event?
Cornerstone Bar & Food is located within Carriageworks, open from 10am-5pm offering shared plates and daily specials, along with craft beers, wine & cocktails.

Just a block away you will find a variety of eating & drinking options on Abercrombie Street including cafes, restaurants, take away and small bars. More information here.

Flights and accommodation

I'm travelling from out of town. Where should I stay?
Specific accommodation rates have not been arranged for the event, however we suggest Airbnb or hotel booking engines such as Expedia and Wotif.

Which airport should I arrive into?
We recommend arriving and departing from Sydney Domestic Terminals for easy access to the venue.
How long does it take from the airport to the venue?
Depending on the time of day, travel time via taxi from the Sydney Domestic Terminals Airport to Carriageworks is about 30mins, and a fare of approximately $25-$35.

Ticket and Registration

When will I receive my e-ticket?
You will receive your e-ticket via e-mail the morning of the event which will have a QR code. Do not worry if you do not receive your QR code as you will be able to check-in using your email address.
I still haven't received my ticket. What do I do?
Please check your SPAM mailbox. If you are still unable to locate your e-ticket you can use the email address you registered with to collect your lanyard.
I need to change or cancel my registration
Please email apacemarketing@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration.
