There is no cost to attend the Salesforce Service Edge Summit.
You can register up until the day before the event, however, we are expected to reach capacity early so please register in a timely fashion.
Depending on the city, we are expecting between 150-250 top customer service leaders from all industries, both B2B and B2C.
At the Service Edge Summit our presenters will be our own customers - Trailblazers for Service - as well as industry thought leaders and Salesforce subject matter experts. For a full schedule of speakers by city please visit the speakers page on this website - coming soon.
Yes. There will be Salesforce product experts onsite to assist you with product questions, roadmap discussions, and demos.
