Jason is a Head of Technology working in the Chief Customer Office portfolio at Australia Post. In this role Jason oversees the creation and development of technology solutions that engage customers and drive change.

Over five years Jason has carefully mastered the art of working with CX, Marketing, Digital, Transformation and Technology professionals to drive results, cultivating ideas into executable outcomes that positively impact the customer and the people who serve them. Jason is renowned for cutting through and navigating an emerging technology landscape that is rapidly growing and evolving with more choices than ever before.

Hillary is the Digital Service Owner for Origin Energy’s Supply and Operations division. A natural change maker she is focused on helping businesses grow by enabling technology and sharing her vision of a more effective way to work.

Leveraging her experience as an Industrial Engineer she thrives off efficiency and making it easier for her colleagues and customers to do business. Hillary has led Salesforce adoption and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
Erin Cramlet has more than 18 years of experience in human resources. During that time, she has worked with teams across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and South Pacific. Erin is currently the senior director of human resources for Stryker South Pacific and Stryker Medical APAC.

Erin started her career in human resources at Stryker Medical in the U.S. in 2000. Over her career she has held roles in both marketing and human resources. Her roles have spanned across: product management, organisational development, training, recruitment and business partnership.

Erin is a leader who loves building teams that ‘knock your socks off!’ She believes that the largest differentiator in business is the talent of the team and that exceptional people drive exceptional results.
Renata Nowak has been a human resources professional for over 9 years. During that time, she has worked with teams across Asia and Europe. Renata is currently a Human Resources Business Partner for Stryker South Pacific.

Over Renata’s career she has held roles various human resources roles within the property, construction, financial services and, most recently, medical technology industry. Her responsibilities have included employee relations, organisational development, training, recruitment and business partnership.

Renata is a passionate advocate for diversity, she believes that inclusion is the key ingredient to success in all areas of life. She loves helping people to discover their strengths and creating work environments that allow employees to thrive, both professionally and personally.

Anouche Newman is a passionate and expert advocate of creating meaningful and best practice customer service and customer experience. Anouche’s skills and experience as an educator and practitioner in the field of customer service delivery allow her to bring a balanced and sophisticated approach to advising clients and commentating on a wide range of customer service issues.

Anouche believes that great customer experiences are fundamentally about the human connection and that every touchpoint creates an opportunity to demonstrate the true nature of business and its staff.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), Australia’s leading independent customer service organisation, Anouche is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the institute with a strong focus on working with companies to achieve certification to the International Customer Service Standard.


Elizabeth Rouse-Bourke is the Finance and Projects Manager at batyr, a mental health organisation smashing the stigma surrounding mental ill health and empowering young people to reach out for support.

After several years working in finance for not-for-profits, Elizabeth understands the unique challenges non-profits face and most importantly, how to get the most out of a tight budget.

Elizabeth recently oversaw batyr's largest project to date - the implementation of Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning which has revolutionised the way batyr manages the delivery of its programs in schools and universities across Australia. 



Nicole is a certified Salesforce Administrator with 4 years experience with the Salesforce platform, she has managed service cloud for a leading financial services organisation and currently for a prominent telecommunications equipment and manufacturing company.

Nicole has driven Salesforce Adoption through the use of the Field Services Mobile application, onsite field visits and training. In addition to this Nicole has increased reporting and analytics which has enhanced the client relationship.

Tomer Garzberg is the founder and CEO of GRONADE, a predictive decisioning and future-of-work company in Sydney. GRONADE operates on the philosophy that if data is the new oil, without an ignition, it's just latent potential. The GRONADE team partners with Fortune 500's and enterprise to run data science initiatives, deploying machine intelligence solutions to reduce operational expenditure, amplify profit, and capitalise on future-of- work opportunities.

As an experimental entrepreneur and advisor for over a decade, Tomer has worked across continents, blending the worlds of data, AI, behaviours and creativity. He is a TED speaker, IBM Global Entrepreneur and a Westpac Businesses of Tomorrow recipient.
Todd led marketing and sales ops at two mid-sized firms before joining Salesforce to drive product marketing for the $3B Service product suite. He works with Salesforce’s customers to drive innovation around customer experience and has a background in Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Industry innovation. Todd has been a product manager for BI applications at Oracle, Primavera, and Evolve and spends less time than he’d like tweeting from @toddenders with Salesforce customers and Customer MVPs.
Edweena has over 20 years of experience in HR working across the Technology, retail and manufacturing industries. In her current role, Edweena leads the Employee Success team across Asia Pacific for Salesforce. Prior to this she spent 9 years working at Oracle Corporation in a variety of roles including Mergers and Acquisitions, leading the HR Teams in Australia and New Zealand finally leading HR teams and cultural transformation across Oracle's Asia Pacific business.

Earlier in her career Edweena led the HR function for the launch of several Multi-National Corporations into the Australian market - including Starbucks Coffee, Excite@Home and Krispy Kreme. An energetic and pragmatic leader Edweena has extensive experience in leading organistations through change, rapid growth and expansion and is focused on delivering impactful business outcomes.
