As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, Rudi is responsible for delivering seamless customer experience and online platforms that reflect a premium brand experience across every touchpoint.
Rudi joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in February 2009 as a Financial Controller, before assuming his current role on Fisher & Paykel’s Executive Team in August 2019.
Throughout his career at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Rudi has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including as Regional CFO Australia, General Manager of Customer Experience, and General Manager of Sales Operations.
Rudi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & eCommerce, Masters of Business Administration and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Michelle Anderson is an experienced digital and marketing senior executive who took up the role of Chief Digital Officer at The Warehouse Group in May 2018. Michelle’s areas of responsibility for the group are media planning and buying, marketing automation, data science and customer insights, eCommerce trading and customer engagement (contact centres).
Focused on customer experience, Michelle has proven success in delivering business results and real change in the rapidly evolving consumer and media landscape though the use of technology, data and analytics.
Caroline is an established leader in digital, data and brand marketing having worked in retail brands including Esprit, Oxfam GB and Retail Apparel Group. Caroline has experience leading digital and marketing transformation projects across Greater China, South East Asia, Australia and the UK.
Caroline is now part of the leadership team at Seafolly, heading up digital and Ecommerce activities as they undertake ongoing international expansion, the launch of loyalty and personalisation and customer focused transformation.
David has over 30 years experience within the insurance industry working originally as a broker in Lloyds of London and latterly as a general manager of a software development company specialising in web based insurance sales. He travelled to Australia in 2006 and immediately joined OnePath.
Today as Solution Deliver Manager, David is responsible for ensuring the business strategy is delivered. Most recently he has delivered the digital strategy for Group Risk which has seen OnePath awarded with Salesforce’s global innovation award.
When he is not at work, David is a passionate sailor and when he is not racing he will be teaching the junior section at his local sailing club.

Jane Simmons is the Executive Director School Services Directorate, NSW Department of Education. With over 25 years of experience in educational leadership Jane is recognised for her successful leadership, at a state level, of educational programs which enhance student engagement and improve student outcomes, including the state wide provision of Arts Education in NSW public schools and the development of international programs.
Jane has a Master of Educational Administration, Bachelor of Music Education and is an Adjunct Professor of Macquarie University, School of Education. Jane is also the Co-Executive Producer of the department’s showcase event ‘Schools Spectacular”.
Jane has a particular focus on strategic, future focused planning and quality assurance of service delivery at the multiple and diverse locations across the state. Jane’s responsibility is to provide state-wide leadership and strategic direction for the effective delivery of educational services that are responsive to the needs of schools, add value to teaching and learning and contribute to maximising achievement for every student in NSW public schools. The aim is to provide equity of access and outcomes for every student, regardless of where he or she attends school.
Appointed Group Head of Digital in March of 2018, Ken is responsible for the management and digital transformation of all international brand e-commerce stores and digital marketing channel performance.
Ken has been working in the digital space for nearly 20 years and in retail B2C for 16 of those years winning multiple awards along the way. Ken is a regular event speaker and lectured in Ireland for a number of years on subject matters such as digital marketing, E-commerce and social media.

Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip was at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA.
