Some notable achievements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cognizant&#8217;s healthcare innovation: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cognizant.com\/au\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cognizant<\/strong><\/a> won in the <strong>Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences<\/strong> category for its work with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mecwacare.org.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>mecwacare<\/strong><\/a>. The mcare360 transformation program has created a more integrated and human experience of care.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publicis Sapient&#8217;s nonprofit transformation: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicissapient.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Publicis Sapient<\/strong> <\/a>won in the <strong>Nonprofit<\/strong> category for its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicissapient.com\/work\/how-australian-mental-health-provider-digitally-transformed-its-services-and-operations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comprehensive digital business transformation<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/stride.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Stride<\/strong><\/a>, a leading mental health charity. The project replaced three legacy systems and leveraged Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and MuleSoft to integrate the customer journey and financial reconciliation. This digital overhaul as freed up over<strong> <\/strong>15,000 hours of staff time per year.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IBM&#8217;s energy sector achievement: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/consulting?lnk=L0G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>IBM<\/strong><\/a> secured an award in the <strong>Energy<\/strong> category with <strong>AusNet<\/strong>, demonstrating its ability to translate unique customer challenges into customised realities on the Salesforce Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Industry recognition:<\/strong> This month, the success of Salesforce\u2019s engagement with local partners was further recognised in New Zealand, where Salesforce won the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseller.co.nz\/article\/4069283\/winners-revealed-for-reseller-news-innovation-awards-2025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Software Vendor award<\/a> at the <em>Reseller News Innovation Awards<\/em>.
