For the latest on Salesforce Einstein, go <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/topics\/artificial-intelligence\/\"><em>here<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generative AI is dominating the news cycle \u2014 and with good reason \u2014 as companies embrace opportunities to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/generative-ai-for-marketing-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boost productivity<\/a> and improve customer experiences in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/press-releases\/2023\/06\/12\/ai-cloud-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">myriad of ways<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But amid this innovation lurks a new risk for enterprises: How can they keep trusted data secure? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest findings from <em>Salesforce&#8217;s Generative AI Snapshot Research Series<\/em>, an ongoing research study of over 4,000 full-time employees, uncover that 73% of employees believe generative AI introduces new security risks, though most use or plan to use the technology.
