The company recently expanded its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/press-releases\/2023\/03\/16\/india-hyderabad-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad<\/a> to grow Salesforce\u2019s research and development and customer support programs in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salesforce perspective: <\/strong>Bhattacharya shared that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital transformation is a key pillar for future economic growth: <\/strong>\u201cCEOs across the country tell me, daily, that digital transformation is fundamental to the future success of their companies &#8230; Operating in an economy where change is happening so quickly, and where a predominantly younger population wants everything digitally and now, they\u2019ve recognised the choice they must make \u2013 stay agile or become irrelevant.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology will transform business and help navigate societal changes:<\/strong> \u201cWe\u2019re at a watershed moment for technology &#8230; If we choose to use AI for the good of humanity, it could transform so many things \u2013 like agriculture, education, and health.
