The Forrester report, authored by Kate Leggett, notes that: \u201cSalesforce leads with the broadest sales ecosystem supporting the largest client base. Salesforce continues to dominate the sales application category it defined decades ago because of its strong engagement strategy that goes beyond technology. Its storytelling, extended developer network, exhaustive app ecosystem, strategic services, and breadth of products appeal to large and small companies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales Cloud was top ranked in the Strategy category and received the evaluation\u2019s highest possible score in the Market Presence category.
