Nearly 6 in 10 AI users say it\u2019s difficult to get what they want out of AI right now, with over half claiming they don\u2019t trust the data used to train today\u2019s AI systems. In fact, more than three-quarters of workers say that accurate, complete, and secure data is critical to building trust in AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it matters:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/generative-ai-skills-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eight in ten<\/a> business leaders believe generative AI will lower business costs and increase revenue. However, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/au\/news\/stories\/generative-ai-ethics-survey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">majority<\/a> of workers believe that trusted customer data is required for generative AI to be used successfully in their role and at their organization.
