An insightful new infographic by HighQ reveals the rapid growth in video as a digital content marketing channel, and goes to show why marketing departments shouldn't forget about video marketing.

The infographic shows that 78 percent of people watch videos online every week already, and predicts that by 2018 video will take up 79 percent of all consumer internet traffic. 

It’s not just consumer video traffic that is on the up, as the infographic shows that while 69 percent of marketing, sales and business professionals are using video marketing another 31 percent are planning to. In fact, 96 percent of B2B companies are planning to use video in their content marketing in the next year.
